At Enigin we work hard to deliver the best possible service to all our customers and our logistics team are resolutely determined not only to meet customers expectations but wherever possible to exceed them. In a world where there is so much complacency – it’s such a contrast to be working alongside a bunch of guys who take their jobs and responsibilities so seriously as we do here at Enigin, scam, for want of a better term, is often used term to readily connote the way some businesses seem to care little or nothing about the ethics of running an honest business and so often their employees seem to spend more time thinking of some clever little angle to avoid giving the customer what they should! What a scam Enigin thankfully are soooo different and I have seen guys in the shipping department work their butts of to ensure the customer gets what they are entitled to – on time – every time! But we sometime have to deal with the dreaded “jobsworth” customs officer looking for the hand-out scam

Enigin recently sent a consignment overseas in preparation for one of our International Distributor Training courses and this was impounded at the Airport for several weeks while the contents were verified. Would you believe the import offices were even checking the contents of the training materials we GIVE AWAY allegedly to make sure there was no suspicious material, now that’s what I call a scam Enigin are a totally ethical company and I can say from first hand experience our department here in shipping would never include anything even slightly dodgy, let alone illegal. In my opinion it’s just a scam Enigin have to overcome, after all many of the people in the customs in some countries are hoping for some kind of backhander so they’ll move stuff through quicker.
