On August 17th 2012, former Danish Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen inaugurated an installation of 3,042 solar panels at the headquarters of top Danish insurance company, Topdanmark. Spanning over an acre, this rooftop installation is the largest in Northern Europe and can generate around 752,000 kWh – simply put, roughly equivalent to the annual power consumption of 200 households. This enables Topdanmark to reduce their carbon emissions by about 600 tonnes a year, and thanks to Eniscope technology, they have the tools to ensure they get the very best from their commitment to greener energy.

I’ve just been listening to the radio, and no surprise the issue of energy saving was in the news, this time they discussed Carbon Capture and Storage. Now although I am involved in the energy saving sector I could not understand clearly what they were talking about.
